Canadian Red Cross volunteers from Prince Edward Island had a great time helping out at the annual PEI Shellfish Festival last weekend. The partnership provided the festival, which attracts thousands of people every year, with some much needed volunteer support, and helped the Red Cross raise funds to support local programs. And really, who wouldn’t love taking part in an event that boasts an oyster shucking competition and a seafood chowder championship!
