Have you ever seen an amphibian Red Cross vehicle?
Red Cross Societies in the Philippines and China are providing emergency relief to flood affected communities after three typhoons swept across the region, affecting 1.2 million people across the country.
Philippine Red Cross mobilized more than 300 staff and volunteers to evacuate and deliver relief aid to flooded communities and have helped rescue more than 1,000 people with the help of amphibian rescue vehicles, pictured above.
